Our client was Aeroflot - the largest airline of the Russian Federation. Due to the increased number of daily flights they needed a comprehensive notification system to distribute and monitor data on staff tasks and calls.

The developed high-load system works smoothly with a large amount of data in order to ensure accurate delivery of messages to recipients. The app was integrated with the corporate call-center portal (also developed by our specialists).

- Control of overdue calls
