The developed solution processes data from more than 200,000 points of sales and receives more than 30,000 reports. It covers points of sales in 7 countries.
This system allows for:
- Collection of operational data from sales representatives (obtained during their visits to points of sales)
- Creation and maintenance of a consolidated database of POS in partners’ regions to optimize the sales representatives’ itineraries and frequency of visits
- Performance analysis of separate POS and entire regions (distributor, branch, region or entire region).
It supports 6 different user roles (from sales representatives to management) and 25 reference books (for region-specific partners, itineraries, etc.). Mobile app is available for field sales reps to submit daily reports on the number of visits made.
