They wanted to update the way data was managed within the company and move from Excel spreadsheets to more sophisticated solutions. An intranet web app supported by a flexible and scalable database would allow the company clerks to manage the existing residents, clients and partners easily and efficiently.

The company provides its management services to a wide range of property belonging to different clients and situated across the U.S. The residents’ database is extensive as well. Taken into consideration that the company collaborates with many utility companies, our solution has an elaborated hierarchy and several access permissions types.
The main property database contains information about the managed real estate with detailed description. The resident database contains the info on the tenants, the property occupancy period and any existing problems.
Each property is assigned to the corresponding сompany’s client it belongs to, which simplifies reporting and provides a deep insight into the way the property is managed. Quick search and intuitive navigation allow to reduce customer service time.
