We delivered web-application with centralized management in which each successfully provided service is automatically associated with a case, recorded in a working hours register to be further translated to financial costs, and invoiced accordingly.
The billing system was tightly integrated with the customer’s Case Management System. Data exchange solution was used for this purpose.
